FAQ's of Booking an Event

• We have two different sizes of banquet rooms. Our smaller room holds 60 guests, and our larger room holds 80 guests.
• You must make an appointment to sign our contract and pay the room fee to secure your event.
• Room Fee: $200 and it is non-refundable.
• Booking an event with us includes 4 hours of the event plus 1 hour prior for decorating.
• 20% gratuity is automatically added to your bill.
• NO SEPARATE CHECKS.
• You will have a server that’s only scheduled for your party and will accommodate anything you need that is accepted through the contract.
• We do not offer food packages but our pricing on food items is on the catering menu. You can also order pizzas for which pricing will be on our regular menu.
• ALL food orders MUST be placed at least 1 week prior to the date of the function.
• Drinks can be either on the tab where the host is paying for guest drinks, or you can do a cash bar where guests will go up to the party server (preferably) or go to the bar.
• You may bring desserts for your event, but any other outside food/drinks will not be allowed. We encourage to bring your own dessert plates, utensils and cake cutter. We only have dinner plates and if you need something to cut a cake then a Langel’s employee will have to cut it and a $25 fee will be charged.
• No decoration should be hung from walls or ceiling. No confetti, glitter, exploding cakes, etc. is to be used. Only table decorations are allowed. We have Easels for posters, signs, photos, etc. Please communicate in advance if you will need to use one to make sure it’s available for your event. You are allowed ballon arches or anything in that nature if it’s not connected to the walls or ceiling.
• You may bring your own speaker for music as long the volume isn’t too loud so that it will not bother customers in our regular dining area.
• We do have TVs in the rooms and can request to have them on but if you need a slide show on one of our TVs, it either needs to be a DVD that is formatted in video form or you will need to bring a laptop and HDMI cord to connect to one of our TVs. If you are planning on doing this, please contact a manager to set up a time before the event to test your slideshow. We cannot guarantee it will work but we will do our best to help.
